TRANSFORMING MOBILITY FOR THE DENVER REGION.

At the core of the 2030 Mobility Choice Blueprint is a comprehensive set of tactical actions—34 in total—grouped by a series of objectives and goals. In fact, the first tactical action was to establish the Advanced Mobility Partnership (AMP).

As we begin our work to realize this new vision for mobility, AMP is initially focused on the following focus areas outlined in the Blueprint: System Operations, Shared Mobility, Data and Data Sharing. Each of these projects will be led by a steering committee made up of representatives from our founding partners and stakeholders.

System Operations

Objective:

Manage transportation systems and vehicles with smart technologies to improve safety and operations.

Vision:

Integrated transportation system management and operations across jurisdictional boundaries.
Adoption of common technologies across jurisdictions.
Travel data that informs real-time system management and decision-making for travelers.

Shared Mobility

Objective:

Integrate new options of vehicle sharing and ridesharing into the existing multimodal transportation system network.

Vision:

Collaboration between public agencies and private sector innovators.
Seamless access to all modes of travel across the region.
Maximized use of the existing transit system.

Data and Data Sharing

Goal:

Analyze travel data from public and private mobility providers to improve transportation system performance while maintaining security and protecting privacy.
